1. General Terms

Aadam Travels provides tour and travel services in Kashmir and surrounding regions. All bookings made through our website or directly with us are subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the tour. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway or by bank transfer. All payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total booking cost.

In the event that Aadam Travels cancels your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as flights or accommodation booked independently.

4. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, road conditions, or political unrest) may require changes to be made. Aadam Travels reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary without prior notice.

5. Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal injury, loss of belongings, and trip cancellations. Aadam Travels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

6. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to undertake the tour. It is essential to inform Aadam Travels of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler deemed unfit for the tour.

7. Liability

Aadam Travels will take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety and enjoyment during the tour. However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or any other unforeseen events that occur during your trip.

8. Behavior

All travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards other travelers, guides, and locals. Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or dangerous will result in the immediate termination of your tour without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Aadam Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a booking.
